Please follow the next steps

  1. 100b
Sandblast the restoration surface using aluminium oxide powder (30-50 μm) and applying a pressure of 0.1-0.2 MPa (1-2 kg/cm², 15-29 psi). Avoid chipping by adjusting the air pressure to the type of material and/or the shape of the restoration. Thereafter, clean the restoration for two minutes in an ultrasonic bath and then dry it using an air flow.
  2. 116b
Apply phosphoric acid (e.g. K-ETCHANT GEL) to the restoration surface and let it act for 5 seconds. Thereafter, rinse and dry.
  3. 101b
Apply CLEARFIL™ CERAMIC PRIMER PLUS to the restoration surface using an application brush. There is no need to wait for the product to act. Dry the entire surface using a mild oil-free air flow.
  4. 123b
Apply phosphoric acid (e.g. K-ETCHANT GEL) to the enamel and let it act for 10 seconds. Thereafter, rinse and dry.
  5. 102b

Apply Tooth Primer to the element using an application brush and let it act for 20 seconds. Remove the excess Tooth Primer. Dry the surface using a mild oil-free air flow.

  6. 103b
Apply the cement to the restoration surface and place the restoration.
  7. 104b

Remove the excess cement using method A or B:
    A. Polymerise for 3 to 5 seconds using a light curing device and remove the excess material by means of an appropriate instrument.
    B. Remove the excess cement using a small brush. Polymerise the edges according to table 1. Take care: always apply method B for opaque restorations and for opaque colours.

  8. 105b
Polymerise the entire restoration according to table 1. Ensure chemical curing of opaque restorations according to table 2. Take care: opaque colours will only cure chemically.
